What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers parts of the equipment with origin defects.
How we proceed during warranty period?
ExpressLaser will replace or repair the defective parts, as soon as it is proved that the part have an origin defect.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Mechanical Physical Goods purchased from ExpressLaser is 2 Years from the date of purchase.
The Warranty Period for Electrical and Electronic Physical Goods purchased from ExpressLaser is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
The Warrany Period for Laser Tubes is 6 months from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage in equiments caused by: bad installation or bad environmental conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modifications.
The Warranty does not cover any damages in the equipments or operators health caused by improper use of toxic materials. We advise extreme precaution with materials that are used on the machine. Some materials might be a threat to the operator and the equipment, due to the release of toxic gases. It is advisable caution with materials like: PVC (Poli Vinyl Chloride), Vinyl, ABS, HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), Polystyrene and Polypropylene foam, PETG, Polysulfone, Fiberglass and Coated Carbon Fiber, among others. In any case you should always check the features of each material before you engrave or cut it.
